Payment Information
Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When paying by credit card, please supply all pertinent information, including name, mailing and shipping addresses and expiration date, on your shopping cart.
Checks/Money Orders
We also take checks and money orders. Orders paid by check or money order are held until payment is received.
Paypal
For customers choosing Paypal payment, please log into your PayPal account and remit funds to paypal@susiesbeads.com. To prevent delay in order processing, please reference your order number when making payment.
Shipping Methods
All orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days.
US customers: Shipment will be made by USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
Canada customers: Shipment will be made by Canada First Class Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail.
International customers from other countries: Shipment will be made only by USPS Global Priority Mail.
Shipping/Handling Fee
For US domestic shipping, we charge flat rate shipping/handling fee, regardless of the order quantity.
USPS First Class Mail: $4.00.
USPS Priority Mail: $6.00.
For Canada First Class Mail:
1-20 items: $5.00.
21-40 items: $10.00.
More than 40 items: $15.00.
For USPS Global Priority Mail:
1-20 items: $12.00.
21-40 items: $24.00.
More than 40 items: $36.00.
Tax
No sales tax for all customers except for Texas residents. Orders form Texas residents will have 8.25% sales tax added to their purchases.
